WeeksOut ("WeeksOut," "we," "us") provides show-management software for bodybuilding promoters at app.getweeksout.com ("the App"). This policy explains what we collect on this marketing site (getweeksout.com) and, at a summary level, in the App itself.

1. What we collect

On this marketing site, we collect only what you give us directly:

• Contact form. Name, email address, and message content, submitted via the "Contact us" form. This is relayed by email and is not stored in a database we operate.
• Basic server logs. Standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

2. What the App collects

If you use the App as a promoter, judge, or athlete, it collects additional information necessary to run a show: account details, show and class registrations, payment metadata, uploaded music files, judging scores, and check-in records. That processing is governed by the same principles in this policy; if you're an athlete with a question about data a promoter has collected about you, the fastest answer is usually your promoter, whose contact is on the show's page.

3. Payments

Entry fees and payouts are processed directly by Stripe, through each promoter's own Stripe account. WeeksOut does not receive or store full card numbers — Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.

4. How we use information

• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To operate, secure, and improve the App and this site.
• To run the functions a show promoter enables: registration, check-in, judging, and results publication.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf — for example, Resend (email delivery for the contact form) and Stripe (payments) — under their own confidentiality and privacy terms.
• The promoter running a show you've registered for, to the extent needed to run that show.
• Authorities, if required by law.

6. Data retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Show data in the App (registrations, results, judging records) is retained by the promoter's account for as long as that account is active, consistent with typical competition record-keeping.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request about this marketing site, contact us at hello@weeksout.app. For data held inside a specific show, your promoter is the fastest path; we'll assist them on request.

8. Children

This site and the App are intended for promoters, judges, and adult athletes running or entering competitions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
